B1 Admin Overview

B1 Admin is your church management dashboard. It provides tools to manage every aspect of your church's operations, all from one place.

Getting Started

  1. Open your browser and go to admin.b1.church
  2. Sign in with your username and password
  3. You'll land on the Dashboard, which gives you quick access to all major features

Key Features

  • People - Manage your church directory, add members, track households
  • Groups - Create and organize church groups, teams, and ministries
  • Attendance - Set up campuses, service times, and track attendance
  • Donations - Record giving, manage funds, generate statements
  • Serving - Coordinate volunteers, create service plans, manage tasks
  • Forms - Build custom forms for registrations and data collection
  • Reports - View birthday, attendance, and donation reports
  • Website - Build and manage your church website
  • Sermons - Manage your sermon library and live streaming
  • Calendars - Create and publish event calendars
  • Settings - Configure church info, roles, and permissions
