B1 Admin Overview
B1 Admin is your church management dashboard. It provides tools to manage every aspect of your church's operations, all from one place.
Getting Started
- Open your browser and go to admin.b1.church
- Sign in with your username and password
- You'll land on the Dashboard, which gives you quick access to all major features
Key Features
- People - Manage your church directory, add members, track households
- Groups - Create and organize church groups, teams, and ministries
- Attendance - Set up campuses, service times, and track attendance
- Donations - Record giving, manage funds, generate statements
- Serving - Coordinate volunteers, create service plans, manage tasks
- Forms - Build custom forms for registrations and data collection
- Reports - View birthday, attendance, and donation reports
- Website - Build and manage your church website
- Sermons - Manage your sermon library and live streaming
- Calendars - Create and publish event calendars
- Settings - Configure church info, roles, and permissions
