Creating Your Account
Getting started with ChurchApps begins with creating your account. The process takes just a few minutes and gives you access to all ChurchApps tools, including B1 Admin, B1.church, and Lessons.church.
Before You Begin
- Have a valid email address ready for account verification
- Review the Getting Started overview to understand what ChurchApps offers
Step-by-Step Registration
- Go to B1.church in your web browser.
- Click the Register button.
- Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
- Create a password for your account.
- Submit the registration form.
Confirming Your Email
After registering, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
- Check your inbox for the confirmation email from ChurchApps.
- Click the confirmation link in the email.
- Your account is now verified and ready to use.
If you do not see the confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from ChurchApps and may take a minute or two to arrive.
Setting Up Your Church
After confirming your email and logging in, you will have the option to either create a new church or join an existing one.
To create a new church:
- Select the option to create a new church.
- Enter your church name and basic information. The registration form will auto-populate your church details if a match is found.
- Complete the setup process.
- You will be taken to the B1 Admin dashboard where you can begin configuring your church.
To join an existing church:
- Select the option to join an existing church.
- Search for your church by name.
- Request to join. An administrator at your church will need to approve your request.
If you try to log in with an email that is not yet registered, you will be automatically directed to the registration flow so you can create an account.
The person who creates a new church is automatically assigned the Domain Admin role, which grants full access to all settings and features. You can add additional administrators later from the Roles page.
