Reports

B1 Admin gives you several ways to pull data about your congregation, attendance, and giving. Reporting is built into the relevant sections of the app rather than a single Reports page.

Where to Find Reports​

People​

  • Birthday & Anniversary Lists -- Filter by Birth Month or Anniversary Month in People → Advanced Search to get a list of upcoming birthdays or anniversaries.

Attendance​

  • Attendance Reports -- Attendance trends and group attendance data are found in the Attendance section.

Donations​

  • Donation Summary -- Giving totals and fund breakdowns are found in the Donations section.

Settings​

  • Audit Log -- Track all changes and actions across your church management system (found under Settings → Audit Log).

Report data depends on consistent data entry. Make sure your team is tracking attendance, recording donations, and keeping people records up to date for the most accurate results.
