Servizio Order

When you Apri a plan, the Order of Servizio section shows the sequence of items for that Servizio. This gives you and your team a shared Visualizza of the Servizio flow, including timing, song details, and descriptions for each element.

Prima di Iniziare

  • You must be logged in Per your B1.church Account.
  • Apri a plan from your Plans list Per Visualizza its Servizio order.

What the Servizio Order Shows​

The Servizio order is displayed as a list of items in the order they will occur during the Servizio. Each item includes:

  • Cumulative Ora -- The running Ora from the start of the Servizio, so you know when each element is expected Per begin.
  • Item label and description -- The name of the element (such as a song title, prayer, or announcement) along with any notes or descriptions.
  • Duration -- How long the item is expected Per take.

Items are organized under headers that Gruppo related elements together (for example, "Worship Set" or "Message"). This makes it easy Per scan the overall structure of the Servizio.

Lezione and curriculum sections can also expand into a folder of individual actions nested beneath them -- Fai clic the section Per expand or collapse its actions and see each step your team will walk through.

Viewing Song Lyrics and Chords​

Fai clic a song in the Servizio order Per Apri its lyrics and chords. Use the Key Signature dropdown at the top Per transpose the chords on the fly -- handy if your instrument or vocal range needs a different key than the one the worship leader planned for.

Curriculum and Lezione Content​

If the plan has associated curriculum or lesson content from a provider like Lessons.church, you will see a preview of that content within the Servizio order. This can include lesson sections, presentation materials, and other resources your team needs for the Servizio.

Printing the Servizio Order​

You can print a formatted version of the Servizio order Per bring with you on the Giorno of the Servizio.

  1. Apri the plan from your Plans list.
  2. In the Order of Servizio section, Fai clic the print icon in the top-right corner.
  3. A new window opens with a printable layout that includes:
    • The Servizio Data at the top.
    • Team assignments grouped by category on the left, showing each position and who is filling it.
    • The full Servizio order on the right with Ora, item details, and duration columns.
  4. Your browser's print dialog will Apri automatically so you can print or Salva as PDF.
Suggerimento

The printed Servizio order is a great reference Per have on hand during rehearsals or the Servizio itself. It includes both the team roster and the full order of Servizio on a single page.
