Anniversary List
Need a list of everyone with a wedding anniversary in a given month — for the bulletin, cards, or announcements? The People search lets you filter by Anniversary Month and show the dates right in the results.
Before You Begin
- Ensure anniversary dates are entered on each person's profile. See Adding People for details.
- You need permission to view People. See Roles & Permissions.
Getting an Anniversary List for a Month
- Open the section menu in the top-left corner and choose People.
- Under the search box, click Advanced.
- Expand the Demographics section and check Anniversary Month, then choose the month.
- Run the search — everyone with an anniversary that month appears in the results.
- To see the dates, click the columns icon at the top right of the results and enable the Anniversary column. Use Export to download the list as a spreadsheet if you prefer to sort or print it.
Practical Uses
- Weekly bulletins -- Run the current month's list and include anniversaries in your bulletin or announcements.
- Anniversary cards -- Export the month's list and hand it to your card-writing team.
- Milestone celebrations -- Combine with the Years Married filter to find milestone anniversaries.

Anniversary data comes from the anniversary field on each person's profile. If someone is missing, their profile just needs the date added. See Adding People.
