Anniversary Report

The Anniversary Report helps you stay connected with your congregation by showing members with upcoming wedding anniversaries. Use it to plan celebrations, send cards, or make announcements during services.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure anniversary dates are entered on each person's profile. See Adding People for details.
  • You need the appropriate permissions to access reports

Running the Report

  1. Go directly to admin.b1.church/reports/anniversaries in your browser (reports have no entry in the navigation menu — bookmarking the address is the easiest way to get back to it).
  2. Choose the Month you want from the dropdown. You can optionally limit the results to a single Group.
  3. Click Run Report. The report lists everyone with an anniversary in that month, with the date — ready to read straight into a bulletin or announcement list.

What the Report Shows

The Anniversary Report displays:

  • Anniversary -- The date of their wedding anniversary.
  • Name -- The person's name from your church database.

Results cover the month you selected, making it easy to see who has an anniversary coming up.

Practical Uses

  • Weekly announcements -- Run the report for the upcoming week and include anniversaries in your bulletin or announcements.
  • Anniversary cards -- Generate a list for the month and have your team send personal anniversary cards.
  • Small group leaders -- Group leaders can run the report to remember anniversaries of members in their group.
  • Milestone celebrations -- Filter for specific date ranges to plan milestone anniversary celebrations.
tip

Run this report at the beginning of each month to plan ahead. You can set the date range to cover the entire month so you have time to prepare cards or announcements.

info
