Reports

The Reports page gives you quick access to pre-built reports that help you understand your church data. Use these reports to track attendance trends, monitor giving activity, and stay connected with your congregation through birthday celebrations.

Available Reports​

The Reports page displays report cards for each available report. Click any card to open the report with its filters.

  • Birthday Report -- View upcoming birthdays for your congregation members.
  • Attendance Trend -- See how attendance patterns change over time across your services.
  • Group Attendance -- View attendance totals by group for a selected date range.
  • Daily Group Attendance -- Get a day-by-day breakdown of group attendance data.
  • Donation Summary -- Review giving totals and trends for financial planning.
  • Audit Log -- Track all changes and actions across your church management system (found under Settings > Audit Log).

Using Reports​

  1. Navigate to Reports from the main menu.
  2. Click on a report card to open it.
  3. Use the filters at the top of each report to narrow the data by date range, group, service, or other criteria.
  4. Review the results displayed in the report.

Run reports regularly to stay on top of attendance trends, upcoming birthdays, and giving patterns. This data helps you plan ministries and outreach more effectively.

Report data depends on consistent data entry. Make sure your team is tracking attendance, recording donations, and keeping people records up to date for the most accurate results.
