Managing Anno Plans

A Anno plan is an ordered list of lessons — week 1, week 2, week 3 — that churches apply in B1 Admin. You can publish a plan for any curriculum in the library. Plans are stored in the database and are not tied Per a calendar Anno.

Prima di Iniziare

  • Have admin Permessi for Lessons.church
  • Have at least one program with published lessons

Creating a Plan​

  1. Apri Admin → Anno Plans.
  2. Fai clic Aggiungi.
  3. Inserisci a name (for example, "Elementary 2026–27" or "High Voltage Anno 1") and Facoltativo slug.
  4. Optionally set a default venue preference — comma-separated venue names used when a week does not specify a venue.
  5. Check Publish when churches should see the plan in B1 Admin. Leave it off for a draft.
  6. Aggiungi weeks from any curriculum: Scegli a source, then program, study, lesson, and venue. Fai clic Aggiungi. A single plan can mix programs if you want. Use the arrows Per reorder.
  7. Salva.

Churches apply a published plan from B1 Admin → Serving → Plans → Programma Lezione → Apply Anno Plan. That fills the Avanti 12–52 weeks on their serving schedule. They Modifica individual weeks there afterward; FreePlay plays whatever is on the plan.
