Scheduling Lessons from Lessons.church
B1 Admin integrates directly with Lessons.church so you can schedule curriculum for your classrooms right inside your Servizio plans. This keeps everything — Volontari, assignments, and lesson content — in one place.

- Set up your ministries in the Serving area
- Have an Attivo Lessons.church Account — sign up there first if your church doesn't have one yet

Step 1 — Link Your Lessons.church Account
This is a one-Ora Configurazione per ministry. You need Per connect your Lessons.church Account before you can browse and schedule content.
- Log in Per B1 Admin and go Per Serving
- Apri the ministry you want Per connect (e.g., Children's Ministry)
- Scroll down Per the Content Provider Account section
- Fai clic Link New Provider
- Seleziona Lessons.church from the list
- A device authorization screen will appear with a code
- Go Per lessons.church, log in, and Inserisci the code Per authorize the connection
- Once Approvato, you will see "Account linked" under Lessons.church in B1 Admin
The Content Provider Account section is per ministry. If you run multiple ministries (e.g., Children's and Youth), you will need Per link Lessons.church for each one separately.
Step 2 — Programma a Lezione
Once linked, you can schedule lessons directly from Plans.
- In B1 Admin, go Per Serving → Plans
- Seleziona your ministry tab and Fai clic Aggiungi Plan Digita — give the plan Digita a name such as Children's Church or Sunday School
- Fai clic on the plan Digita you just made and Fai clic Programma Lezione. From that menu you can schedule one lesson, bulk-schedule a series, or Apply Anno Plan Per drop in a published 12–52 week sequence from Lessons.church.
- Seleziona the Data for the lesson (defaults Per the upcoming Sunday)
- Fai clic Seleziona Lezione — a content browser dialog opens
- At the top of the dialog, confirm Lessons.church is selected as the provider
- Browse through the content:
- Seleziona a Program (e.g., "Bible Stories for Kids")
- Seleziona a Study within that program (e.g., "Creation and Early Stories")
- Seleziona the specific Lezione
- Seleziona the Venue — this is the age-Gruppo version of the lesson
- Fai clic Associate Lezione Per confirm
- Scegli your copy option for Volontari:
- Nothing — fresh plan, No Volontari carried over
- Positions Only — copies Volontario Ruoli from the previous plan but not who is assigned
- Positions and Assignments — copies both Ruoli and assigned Volontari (most common)
- Fai clic Salva
The plan is created and named automatically (e.g., "Feb 23 - Elementary"). Volontari can Apri the plan Per see their assignments and review the lesson content before Sunday.
Make sure Per Seleziona the correct Venue for your classroom's age Gruppo. Choosing the wrong venue means your Volontari will see content designed for a different age level.
Apply a Anno Plan
If a curriculum publisher has published a Anno plan on Lessons.church, you can load the whole sequence onto this plan Digita in one step:
- Fai clic Programma Lezione → Apply Anno Plan
- Scegli the published Anno plan
- Set the first class Data (week 1 lands on that Data; later weeks are seven days apart)
- Scegli how many weeks Per write (12, 24, 44, or 52)
- Optionally copy Volontario positions from the previous plan
- Preview the list. Dates that already have a plan are skipped. Uncheck any week you do not want.
- Salva. Each week becomes a serving plan you can Modifica as usual — change the lesson, Volontari, or Data — and FreePlay will play whatever is on that week's plan.
Plan ahead — You can schedule multiple weeks of lessons at once so your team can prepare in advance. Use the past lesson list in the plan Visualizza Per avoid accidentally repeating content.
Customizing Lezione Content
Once a lesson is scheduled, you can tailor it for your specific classroom — Rimuovi sections that don't apply, hide Ruoli your Stanza doesn't use, or reorder the content Per match your preferred flow. Customizations can be saved for just one classroom or applied across all classrooms at your church.

Playing Lessons on a Classroom TV with FreePlay
Scheduling a lesson in B1 Admin pairs perfectly with FreePlay — ChurchApps' free media player for classroom TVs and Fire Sticks. When your plan is set up, FreePlay can pull the lesson content directly from Lessons.church and play it full-screen in the classroom. Your teacher controls the pace with a TV remote, advancing through videos and slides as the lesson flows.
