My Registrations
The Registrations page in the member portal is your home base for every event you have signed up for. From here you can check your status, pay an outstanding balance, edit who is coming and what you ordered, or cancel a registration entirely.
Before You Begin
- You must be logged in — guest registrations do not appear here
- You need at least one event registration. See Registering for Events.
Viewing Your Registrations
Open Registrations in the member portal. Each registration appears as a card showing:
- The event title and date
- A status pill — confirmed, pending, waitlisted, or cancelled
- The members you registered
- The payment line — either the paid total, or Balance due if money is still owed
If you haven't registered for anything yet, you'll see "No registrations yet."
Completing a Payment
A Complete payment button appears on any registration with an outstanding balance — most commonly after you are promoted from a waitlist, or when a staff edit changed your total.
- Click Complete payment.
- Review the order summary, choose a saved card or enter a new one, and pay.
- Once the balance is paid, the registration becomes confirmed.
When a waitlist spot opens for you, the email your church sends includes a link straight to this payment step.
Editing a Registration
Plans change. Click Edit on a registration to open the Edit Registration dialog, where you can:
- Update your contact details
- Change each member's name and attendee type
- Adjust selection quantities (add-ons like T-shirts or meals)
Capacity still applies when you edit — if an attendee type or option has since sold out, you'll be asked to choose another. Saving recalculates your total; if the change leaves a balance due, a Complete payment button appears on the card.
Editing never charges your card automatically. If your new total is higher, pay the difference with Complete payment; if it is lower, contact your church about a refund — refunds are handled by church staff through their payment provider.
Canceling a Registration
- Click Cancel Registration on the card.
- Confirm in the dialog — cancellation cannot be undone.
Your spot is released immediately. If the event has a waitlist, the next person in line is promoted automatically. Any payment you made is not automatically refunded — contact your church office about refunds.
