Songs

Songs page आपकी worship song library को manage करता है। अपने song details, lyrics, और arrangements को एक जगह में रखें ताकि आपकी worship team आसानी से upcoming services के लिए prepare कर सके और एक consistent repertoire को maintain कर सके।

शुरुआत से पहले

  • B1 Admin में Serving सेक्शन को navigate करके Songs page को access करें
  • वैकल्पिक रूप से, अपने service plans को setup करें ताकि आप songs को directly service order में link कर सकें

अपनी Song Library को Browse करना​

जब आप Songs page को खोलते हैं, तो आपके songs cards के रूप में display होते हैं। प्रत्येक card song की thumbnail image, title, artist, और duration को दिखाता है। Library को scroll करें या search को use करके आवश्यकता को find करें।

Songs के लिए Search करना​

  1. Songs page पर Search button को click करें।
  2. एक song title या artist name को type करें।
  3. Results filter होंगे जैसे-जैसे आप type करते हैं, आपकी library से matching songs को show करते हुए।

एक Song Add करना​

  1. Songs page पर Add Song पर click करें।
  2. External song database को title या artist द्वारा search करें।
  3. उस song को select करें जिसे आप add करना चाहते हैं।
  4. Song आपकी library में add होगा इसके basic details को pre-filled के साथ।
सुझाव

एक song को add करने के बाद, इसके details को review और update करने के लिए उस पर click करें, arrangements को add करें, या external links को जैसे YouTube videos या chord charts को attach करें।

एक Song को View और Edit करना​

इसके detail page को खोलने के लिए किसी भी song card पर click करें। यहां से आप:

  • Edit song details -- Title, artist, duration, और अन्य metadata को update करें।
  • Manage arrangements -- प्रत्येक song में multiple arrangements हो सकते हैं (उदाहरण के लिए, अलग keys या versions)। आवश्यकता के अनुसार arrangements को add, edit, या remove करें।
  • Add lyrics -- प्रत्येक arrangement के लिए lyrics को enter या update करें।
  • Set the key -- प्रत्येक arrangement के लिए musical key को specify करें ताकि आपकी team जानता हो कि कैसे prepare करें।
  • Add external links -- YouTube videos, chord charts, या elsewhere hosted sheet music जैसे resources के links को attach करें।

Arrangements​

एक arrangement एक song का एक distinct version represent करता है - उदाहरण के लिए, एक faster modern version versus एक slower acoustic take, या एक अलग key में एक अलग team के लिए same song। Same song के प्रत्येक arrangement song title और artist को share करते हैं लेकिन इसके अपने independent settings हैं:

  • Key — musical key जो arrangement में perform होता है
  • BPM — tempo beats per minute में
  • Length — duration seconds में
  • Meter — time signature (उदा। 4/4, 3/4, 6/8)
  • Sequence — chord/section structure (उदा। Intro → Verse → Chorus → Bridge)
  • Lyrics — display या projection के लिए
  • External links — chord charts, YouTube recordings, sheet music, या अन्य resources

जब आप एक song को Service Order में add करते हैं, तो आप चुन सकते हैं कि उस specific service के लिए कौन सी arrangement को use करें, इसलिए आपकी team हमेशा सही version को rehearse और play करती है।
