Recording Frequenza

Once your campuses, Servizio times, and Gruppi are set up, you can manually record Frequenza after each gathering. B1 Admin organizes Frequenza around Sessioni -- one Sessione per Gruppo per meeting Data. You Crea the Sessione, mark who showed up, and the data feeds directly into your Frequenza Rapporti.

Prima di Iniziare

  • Your campuses, Servizio times, and Gruppi must be configured. See Attendance Setup if you haven't done this yet.
  • The Gruppi you want Per track must have Track Frequenza Abilitato. See Attendance Setup for details.

Creating a Sessione​

A Sessione represents one occurrence of a Gruppo meeting -- for example, your K--3rd grade class on a specific Sunday.

  1. Apri B1 Admin, Apri the menu della sezione in the angolo in alto a sinistra and Scegli People, then Fai clic the Gruppi tab.
  2. Seleziona the Gruppo you want Per record Frequenza for.
  3. Fai clic the Sessioni tab.
  4. Fai clic New Per Crea a new Sessione.
  5. If the Gruppo is assigned Per a Servizio Ora, Scegli the Servizio Ora. If it is an unscheduled Gruppo, this field will not appear.
  6. Seleziona the Sessione Data -- this can be Oggi, a Data Passata, or a Data Futura.
  7. Fai clic Salva.
Suggerimento

You can Crea Sessioni for past dates Per catch up on Frequenza you haven't recorded yet, or Crea them in advance so they are ready when your Gruppo meets.

Marking Frequenza​

After saving the Sessione, the Gruppo's Membri appear on the lato destro of the page.

  1. Check the box Avanti Per each person who attended.
  2. Changes are saved automatically -- there is No additional Salva button for Frequenza marks.

Only current Gruppo Membri appear in the Sessione list. If someone attended but is not yet in the Gruppo, add them to the group first, then record their Frequenza.

Exporting Frequenza Per a Spreadsheet​

You can Scarica a record of the Sessione as a CSV file Per use in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.

  1. Apri the Sessione you want Per Esporta.
  2. Fai clic the Scarica CSV button.
  3. Apri the downloaded file in your spreadsheet application.

Viewing Recorded Frequenza​

After recording Sessioni, the data appears in your Frequenza Rapporti.

  • Frequenza tab -- shows church-wide trends over Ora. See Tracking Attendance.
  • Gruppi tab -- shows Frequenza broken down by individual Gruppo.
Suggerimento

If a Sessione you just created does not appear in Rapporti right away, make sure the Sessione Data falls within the Data range selected in the Rapporto filters.
