Tracking Frequenza

Once your campuses, Servizio times, and Gruppi are configured, B1 Admin makes it easy Per review Frequenza data and spot trends. The Frequenza page provides two reporting views -- the Frequenza tab for church-wide trends and the Gruppi tab for Gruppo-level detail. Use these tools Per understand growth patterns, identify declining engagement, and make data-driven decisions for your church.

Prima di Iniziare

  • Your Frequenza structure must be set up with at least one campus and Servizio Ora. See Attendance Setup if you haven't done this yet.
  • Frequenza data needs Per be recorded before Rapporti will show results. Data can come from manual entry or self check-in.
  1. Apri B1 Admin, then Apri the menu della sezione in the angolo in alto a sinistra and Scegli People.
  2. Fai clic the Frequenza tab.
  3. The Rapporto runs automatically when the tab opens, showing Frequenza over a default Data range.

Filtering Your Data​

Use the filters at the inizio della pagina Per narrow the results:

  • Data Range -- Scegli a start and end Data Per focus on a specific period.
  • Campus -- Seleziona a campus Per see Frequenza for only that location.
  • Servizio Ora -- pick a Servizio Ora Per drill into a particular gathering.

The chart and data update as soon as you change a filter, so you can quickly compare different Ora periods or locations.

Rapporti auto-run each Ora you Apri the Frequenza tab, so you will always see up-Per-Data numbers without needing Per Fai clic a refresh button.

Gruppo Frequenza​

The Gruppi tab shows Frequenza broken down by individual Gruppo. This is useful when you want Per monitor a specific class, ministry team, or small Gruppo rather than looking at overall Servizio numbers.

  1. Seleziona the Gruppi tab.
  2. Scegli a Gruppo from the list Per see its Frequenza history.
  3. Use the Data range filter Per adjust the reporting window.

Gruppo Frequenza is especially valuable for small group leaders who want Per track engagement within their Gruppo over Ora.
