Frequenza Configurazione

Before you can track Frequenza, you need Per tell B1 Admin about your church's physical locations, when Servizi happen, and which Gruppi meet at each Servizio. This one-Ora Configurazione creates the structure that powers all Frequenza tracking and reporting across your church.

Prima di Iniziare

  • You need an Attivo B1 Admin Account with Permesso Per manage Frequenza. See Roles & Permissions if you're unsure about your access level.
  • If you plan Per assign Gruppi Per Servizio times, make sure your groups are created first.

Concetti Chiave​

  • Campus -- a physical location where your church meets (e.g., "Main Campus," "North Campus"). Campuses are managed under Impostazioni.
  • Servizio -- a recurring gathering at a campus (e.g., "Sunday Servizio," "Midweek").
  • Servizio Ora -- a specific Ora a Servizio happens (e.g., "9:00 AM," "11:00 AM").
  • Scheduled Gruppo -- a Gruppo assigned Per a specific Servizio Ora. Frequenza is tracked in the context of that Servizio.
  • Unscheduled Gruppo -- a Gruppo that tracks Frequenza on its own, without being tied Per a Servizio Ora.

Setting Up Your Frequenza Structure​

  1. Apri B1 Admin, Fai clic the menu della sezione in the angolo in alto a sinistra (the section name with the small arrow), and Scegli People.
  2. In the navigation bar, Fai clic the Frequenza tab. The Configurazione tab is selected by default.
  3. Fai clic Manage Campuses (top right of the Configurazione panel). This takes you Per Impostazioni → Campuses. Fai clic Aggiungi Campus, Inserisci the name of your location (address and Ora zone are Facoltativo), and Fai clic Salva.
  4. Return Per People → Frequenza → Configurazione. Your campus now appears in the Configurazione table.
  5. Fai clic the + button in the Servizio column under your campus. Inserisci a Servizio name such as "Sunday Servizio" and Fai clic Salva.
  6. Fai clic the + button in the Ora column under the Servizio. Inserisci a Ora such as "9:00 AM" and Fai clic Salva. Repeat for each Servizio Ora.
  7. Per connect a Gruppo Per a Servizio Ora, Apri the Gruppo from the Gruppi tab, Fai clic the Modifica pencil, and use Aggiungi Servizio Ora — see the Avanti section.

Enabling Track Frequenza on a Gruppo​

Before a Gruppo can have Frequenza recorded, Track Frequenza must be turned on for that Gruppo.

  1. Apri the menu della sezione in the angolo in alto a sinistra and Scegli People, then Fai clic the Gruppi tab and Seleziona the Gruppo.
  2. Fai clic the Modifica icona della matita.
  3. Set Track Frequenza Per Sì.
  4. Fai clic Salva.
Suggerimento

If you assigned the Gruppo Per a Servizio Ora in the previous step, also use the Aggiungi Servizio Ora option on the Gruppo's Modifica screen Per link it Per the correct Servizio. This ensures Sessioni are connected Per the right campus and Ora.

Suggerimento

If a Gruppo meets outside of a regular Servizio -- like a midweek small Gruppo that tracks its own Frequenza -- you can leave it as an unscheduled Gruppo. It will still appear on the Gruppi tab for Frequenza reporting.

Editing Your Configurazione​

You can update your Configurazione at any Ora. Seleziona a campus, Servizio Ora, or Gruppo and Fai clic Modifica Per change its details, or Elimina Per Rimuovi it.

Info

Removing a Servizio Ora does not Elimina past Frequenza records. Your historical data is preserved even if you change your schedule.
